The goal of Abrahamic Reunion, what is our dream or the goal? The goal is very important: to open the gates of understanding between the people. The most dangerous thing is when you will not understand.
In Arabic we say, “The enemy of the person is the thing he doesn’t know. Or the enemy of the human is the thing they do not know.” Then we try to create knowledge – this is our goal, to create knowledge, to create understanding, to create connecting.
I want to tell you something. Before, we had great connection between the Arabs and the Jews, Christians, Druze, and Muslims. They came to stay with us in weekends. And we went to stay with them until (illegible).
Later, after political waves the people began to be away, one from another. And this is the most important thing to be aware. That all of the politicians need to be responsible for their people. If they think that, “I will win the other nation,” it will come back to your nation. You are not the enemy of the other nation, you are enemy of your nation. You need to be peaceful to create a great life for all of the people.
I think our goal is to spread peace through knowing, understanding, connecting, and coming to be together. This is our goal.”
