Please join us for the Abrahamic Reunion Ramadan multi-faith Iftar gathering, hosted by the Tent of Hagar and Sarah and the community of Faradis, Tuesday, June 28.
A bus of Israelis and Palestinians will join from Jerusalem.
4:00-6:30: We will spend several hours together at Hof Dor/Tantura beach. We will learn about the history of the village of Tantura before and during the 1948 war, and relax at the beach.
6:30: Go up from beach to Faradis for the Ramadan Iftar meal
7:00 PM Ramadan Iftar gatheriing: Jews and Christians will break bread with fasting Muslims for the Iftar meal, at a school overlooking Faradis and the Mediterranean Sea.
We will have opening and closing prayer circles by religious leaders, Muslim, Christian and Jewish, men and women.
8:30 Closing prayer circle, bus back to Jerusalem
