Dear Friends of Peace,
You are invited to an interfaith peace vigil and prayer service at Unity of Sarasota, 7:20pm, Wednesday, June 15th.
The Abrahamic Reunion has been creating interfaith dialogue and discussion group meetings around Sarasota for the last five months, working with the local Mosque (ISSB), Temple Sinai, Temple Beth Sholom, Unity of Sarasota, St. Thomas More Catholic Church, and Rising Tide International.
We will be joined by clergy and congregations from the different faiths.
Here is the invitation from Reverend Elizabeth who offered to host this impromptu prayer vigil to support the LGBTQ community, to pray for the victims and families affected by the shooting, and to pray in solidarity with our local Muslim community.
On behalf of the Abrahamic Reunion I invite you to a Prayer Vigil Wednesday Evening at Unity of Sarasota at 7:20 PM in the Sanctuary. We pray with our feet, our hands, our hearts, and our being as the temple of Love Expressed in peace. Joining together as an Interfaith Community of the Abrahamic Reunion hold the High Watch to create a world that Works for all. Peace, Shalom, Salem, Salaam to one and all.
