Dear Friends of Peace,

It is most unfortunate that, despite our best efforts, once again we are experiencing a resurgence of violence in the Holy Land. Of course this is discouraging news. Even with that said, however, we are also finding that the Abrahamic Reunion has become more successful at sewing the seeds of peace than ever before.

Our formula of regularly bringing together people of the four faiths in the diverse communities of the Holy Land to get to know each other on a personal level is in fact creating genuine change. It is a slow process, but I am more convinced than ever that our small ripple is building a powerful grassroots wave.

At the end of this week, we are hosting two of our annual interfaith Iftar dinners, one in Israel and one in Palestine, to break the fast of Ramadan. We will be hosting approximately four hundred people.

We need your donations. Please help us raise $6,000 quickly for the annual Iftar Dinners that we’ve held for over a decade. Please donate today in the name of peace and sanity.

Below, you can see the photo of Ghassan with the U.S. Ambassador. It was taken just four days ago. The Ambassador wanted to know all about our work. Doors are opening to us everywhere.

Praying for human understanding,

David Less
